ILLUSTRATIVE FLAT-RATE TRIAL
Minimum employer service fee: CAD $10 per contract. New founding employers receive 2% off the service fee, capped at CAD $10, while preserving the CAD $10 minimum fee. Live payments are not active in this local pilot.
CLEAR EXPECTATIONS
The actual relationship determines employment status. Calling someone an independent contractor or using AFFLECK does not remove applicable wage, tax, or employment obligations. The trial must be paid and scoped appropriately; participation does not guarantee a job offer.
